This talk/walk will concentrate on the native insects of the forest - insects like termites, beetles and butterflies. We will turn over some logs or rocks to see what's living underneath them. It'll be a good participation activity!
Children are welcome if accompanied by adults; no dogs please. Please be aware that there are no restroom facilties on the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and plan accordingly. Wear closed shoes and long pants to protect from poison oak and ticks. Rain cancels.
