Bequest language – Percentage: “I [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, a nonprofit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and with the principal business address of 604D Main Street, Cambria, CA 93428, (Federal Tax ID 91-2161009), _________% of the estate for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”
Bequest language – Specific: “I [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, a nonprofit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and with the principal business address of 604D Main Street, Cambria, CA 93428, (Federal Tax ID 91-2161009), [written amount OR description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”
Bequest language – Residual: “I [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, a nonprofit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and with the principal business address of 604D Main Street, Cambria, CA 93428, (Federal Tax ID 91-2161009), _________% of the residue of my estate.”
Bequest language – Contingent: “In the event of death of my beneficiary/ies, I give, devise, and bequeath to the Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, a nonprofit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and with the principal business address of 604D Main Street, Cambria, CA 93428, (Federal Tax ID 91-2161009), [percentage, specific, OR residual language above] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
