Mother Nature's Autumn Abundance in the Forest

Location: Registrants will be informed of location
Docent: Brian Morgan
Is that mushroom edible? Where does that delightful minty smell come from? The sound of rustling in the forest...what is that? Oh...a resident Black Tail deer. Has the deer population lived on the Central Coast long enough to have supplied food, tools, clothing, and weapons for our Native American tribal groups dating back over 8000 years? Discover answers to these questions - and many more - as you stroll delightful forest paths, where every turn brings you into a new room that is filled with the wonders of Mother Nature. Enjoy leading your naturalist guide while your sense of curiosity allows you to question what you see, hear, smell, feel, but seldom taste.
Children are most welcome with adult supervision. Sorry, no dogs, please. There are no restrooms on the Ranch, so plan accordingly. Rain cancels.
