Location: Location will be announced to registrants
Docent: Ali Wolman and Duffy Burns

Join Ali Wolman, Program Specialist at the Coastal Discovery Center and former marine biology student at Cal Poly, and Duffy Burns, a Certified California Naturalist and former high school biology teacher, for an enlightening morning walk focusing on marine life.  Learn about the life history, habits and unique anatomies of marine mammals - sea otters, harbor seals, sea lions, elephant seals, and dolphins - that may be seen from the Bluff Trail. Watch for grey whale moms and their calves as they start their shore hugging journey north. Bring your binoculars and come ready to discover the amazing animals that inhabit our local waters.

This event is free and open to the public. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.  For more information, you can email Duffy at or contact Brian Morgan, our docent walk coordinator, at 805-305-1423.  Registration is required for this event; please add your name to the wait list if full as we often have last minute cancellations.
